Western Shirt (Kakishibu Sashiko)

Shirts will begin construction at the end of summer 2026
We use a lighter weight fabric compared to the Sashiko overshirts, however it is still not a lightweight fabric….
It is the same fabric we are using on the sashiko monpe pants . 
 
- Sashiko fabric 
- Natural kakishibu hand dye
- Solid Japanese brass snap buttons
- Hand stitched / wood collar button 
- Hand drawn hemp tag (tag fabric/color can change depending on availability)

* We wash the fabric before construction begins so shrinkage should be minimal….we recommend hand washing and hang dry only.
 
* Each shirt is individually dyed after construction. Slight differences can be expected from one shirt to the next. 
 
*The pattern is created in CM, The inch measurement on the size chart is an estimation.
